campaigns/) so campaign briefs stay focused and demos are reusable.

Creating a New Demo
Use the template: DEMO_SCRIPT_TEMPLATE.md provides a structured outline (WHAT → WHY → HOW → REVIEW → BRAND) for generating consistent, compelling demo transcripts.
Process:
- Copy the template structure
- Fill in the feature and platform details
- Save using the naming convention below
- Link from the relevant campaign brief
Naming
Use descriptive names by topic or service, not by campaign name, to avoid duplicate naming with campaign files (e.g. insurance-zero-to-one-demo-transcript.md, not insurance-broker-lead-intake-demo-1-transcript.md).
