WHAT: Introduction
Hi, my name is [YOUR NAME] and today we’re demoing Client Intelligence and Meeting Prep using the knowledge base on the Agency Intelligence Platform.

This feature is important because it solves the problem of scrambling to remember client context before meetings—digging through spreadsheets, Slack threads, and old reports to answer “What did we discuss last time?” or “What’s their current performance?”

HOW: Feature Walkthrough
Here’s how it works:
- Select the brand — Switch into the client or brand workspace you’re prepping for. The AI chat is scoped to that brand’s data and context.
- Ask anything — Type questions like “What were last month’s top-performing campaigns?” or “Summarize this brand’s performance over the last 30 days.” The system uses MCP integrations to pull live data from Meta Ads, Google Ads, Klaviyo, and Shopify.
- Get cited answers — Responses reference specific data and time ranges. You see where the information comes from, which builds trust and makes it easy to double-check.
- Use the prompt library — Save and reuse prompts for common prep tasks. Create a “Friday report” prompt for one client and a “meeting prep” prompt for another. Assign skills (AI prompts with access to specific data) to each brand so outputs match how that client likes to see information.
- Prep in minutes, not hours — Instead of opening 5 tools and copying numbers by hand, you ask a few questions, get a concise summary, and focus on the narrative you want to tell in the meeting.
The knowledge base grows with use—you can add brand-specific prompts, and the system learns from how each client likes their data presented. New team members can onboard a brand by simply asking questions instead of reading documentation.
