Data strategy - markdown templates
These files are the in-repo source of truth for structure, prompts, and sample text. Google Docs per client should mirror these headings and keep the reference links at the top.
Important: Keep sample text blocks in place as writing guides. Replace content with client specifics, but preserve section intent and depth.
Sync: When Google exemplars grow faster than vault, paste updated headings and representative prose into the matching template, then replace client-specific terms with {{placeholders}}.
