There are 17 transcript bodies in this tree (find + wc as of 2026-04-29) — not a filter bug; the folder is simply small. For all GTM sales material (proposals, SOWs, ~117 files), see SALES-GTM-CORPUS.md — that is the right index for sales, not vault/clients/.

Most of the 145 are delivery (CTA, ABC, Eden, etc.), not GTM sales. That is not a missing backfill in negotiation-precedents — it is the wrong index for “sales calls” unless you add filters (path under gtm/sales, or title keywords like intro/discovery, etc.).


D. Suggested follow-ups

  1. File new exports into vault/gtm/sales/.../transcripts/ so the canonical sales tree grows.
  2. For leads with SOW but no transcript, attach Granola URL in the lead’s README or account COMMERCIAL-AND-OBJECTIONS.md under knowledge/sales/leads/<slug>/ when one exists.
  3. Optional script: re-run section B quarterly; re-run section C only when doing forensic search, with sales-like heuristics.
  4. Read SALES-GTM-CORPUS.md for GTM vs client delivery and glob patterns for AI and skills. (Short alias: SALES-TRANSCRIPT-LOCATIONS.md.)

E. Re-run: strict sales folder (copy-paste)
