Campaign Launch Checklist: Beta → Market Ready Gate

Purpose: Within ~2 weeks of starting a service line test, use this checklist to decide go/no-go for full rollout (Market Ready).
Last Updated: 2026-02-03

When to Use

  • You are testing a specific positioning for a service line.
  • ~2 weeks have passed (or you’re at the decision point).
  • You need a clear pass/fail: does this service line move to Market Ready and get full rollout?

Beta Test Criteria (Must All Be Met to Advance)

From the Service Maturity Process, Beta Test is complete when:

  • v1.0 delivery plan created
  • 3 SOWs created and sent
  • 1 signed contract secured
  • Delivery started for the service
  • 1 milestone of the delivery plan reached

If any box is unchecked at the 2-week mark → no-go for Market Ready. Iterate or pause; do not trigger full rollout.

Market Ready Criteria (What Full Rollout Requires)

Full rollout is only triggered when Market Ready is achievable/committed. That means:

  • Service posted on the website
  • Lead generation for target customers underway
  • Supporting content calendar being executed
  • Partners updated/notified about the service
  • 5 customers attracted to a meeting (interest/engagement)

Use this list as the commitment checklist when you go to full rollout.
