What changed
- Five initiatives match the signed SOW workstreams (see lmnt-linear-sow-alignment-2026.md).
- Team onboarding is a project under WS1 (
Team onboarding) — use it for PM/onboarding tickets (e.g. LMNT-322). - Older initiatives (Ingestion, Reporting and Analytics, Adoption, VP Level Strategy) are Completed; work lives under WS2 / WS5 now.
Your ownership
- Keep issue → project → initiative discipline.
- When new work appears, assign to the SOW workstream (initiative) and an appropriate theme project.
- Reconcile milestones with delivery reality; each initiative should keep at least one milestone spine on its projects.
