Completeness
- Includes goals and non-goals
- Lists all use cases
- Defines functional requirements clearly
- Includes data requirements or constraints
- Outlines risks and assumptions
- Clearly defines acceptance criteria
- Open questions are documented
Tone & Professionalism
- Neutral and factual tone
- No casual phrasing
- Clear, concise, and client-facing
- Avoids technical jargon unless needed and defined
Final Review
- Passed AI clarity check
- Passed AI completeness check
- Passed AI accuracy check
- Reviewed manually for correctness
- Ready for internal review or client delivery
