  • Terminology is consistent throughout

Completeness

  • Includes goals and non-goals
  • Lists all use cases
  • Defines functional requirements clearly
  • Includes data requirements or constraints
  • Outlines risks and assumptions
  • Clearly defines acceptance criteria
  • Open questions are documented

Tone & Professionalism

  • Neutral and factual tone
  • No casual phrasing
  • Clear, concise, and client-facing
  • Avoids technical jargon unless needed and defined

Final Review

  • Passed AI clarity check
  • Passed AI completeness check
  • Passed AI accuracy check
  • Reviewed manually for correctness
  • Ready for internal review or client delivery
