Titling and filename

Use [Client] — Pricing quote — [Service or project name] for the document title. Examples: LMNT — Pricing quote — Omnichannel data foundation · Acme — Pricing quote — BI audit and migration.

Filename: {client}-pricing-quote-{service}.md under knowledge/sales/leads/{client}/proposals/.

When to use this template

Use this when sending a preliminary pricing estimate to a lead or client before a full SOW is drafted. This document bridges the pricing reference docs (knowledge/sales/pricing/) and a client-ready SOW.

Do not use this template when:

  • drafting a full SOW (use the SOW template)
  • documenting a signed deal in HubSpot (use hubspot-new-opportunity skill)
  • creating an internal pricing exercise (use the pricing calculator)

Appendix — Pre-handoff QA checklist
