Moved: SOW ↔ project plan template
The canonical SOW ↔ Project Plan (per client) template now lives in delivery ops:
→ knowledge/delivery/03-project-lifecycle/sow-project-plan-template.md
Use that file when duplicating per engagement (Notion or knowledge/clients/{client}/resources/). Update any bookmarks or docs that still pointed here.
