Conversation Capture Process

  1. During/After Conversation: Take raw notes
  2. File in /conversations/: Use naming format YYYY-MM-DD_firstname-lastname_company.md
  3. Extract Insights: Add painpoints to insights/painpoints-database.md
  4. Identify Applications: Update relevant files in applications/
  5. Link to Existing Work: Connect insights to active projects/campaigns
