Daily Plan — Friday, Feb 28, 2026
Last updated: 2026-02-28 AM
Energy: Low — mentally drained from strategy work Thursday. Meetings-only day.
Your Win for Today
Show up well to all three meetings. Leave the team unblocked and ready to execute next week.
No new strategy. No new briefs. Delegate and close.
Energy State: Low → 50% Day
Three meetings + retro slide deck. That’s the whole day. Everything else either gets delegated before EOD or pushed to Monday.
Meeting Prep
1. Leads Meeting — First Ever
Who: Luke, Clarence, Kaela, Robert, Uttam, Rico
No agenda exists — which means you should open by proposing one. Keep it simple:
“Since this is our first time, let me suggest a quick structure: we each share one active lead we’re working, flag any blockers, and align on next actions. 15 minutes.”
Come with:
- Your one active lead: D&G (Joshua Dent) — discovery done, demo Tuesday with Pranav
- Your blocker ask: Ryan’s Clay list — is it done? Does Rico have what he needs to build the sequence?
- What Clarence should know: D&G is a separate track from his platform for now (budget ceiling too low)
What to watch for:
- What is Clarence’s role in this meeting — is he being integrated into GTM pipeline or just observing?
- What are Rico’s blockers on the Blotout and Agency Intelligence campaigns?
- Does Robert have a view on what this meeting should be weekly?
Walk out knowing: What the standing agenda for this meeting will be going forward.
2. Jeffrey MacDonald — Movers+Shakers (Exploratory)
Who: Luke + Pranav. Jeffrey has minimal context — just “AI consulting.”
Your only goal: Be curious. Learn his world. Don’t pitch.
5 questions to have ready (pick 3):
- “How is your team currently using AI day-to-day — or are you still figuring that out?”
- “What does your tech stack look like for managing work across client accounts?”
- “Where do you see the most friction right now — where’s the team spending time they shouldn’t be?”
- “How do you typically evaluate and budget for tech or operational investments like this?”
- “Who else is usually in the room when something like this gets decided?”
Pranav’s role: Let him speak to technical questions if they come up. You run discovery.
The ask at the end:
“Really helpful context — would it make sense to show you something specific in 20 minutes on a follow-up call? I think there’s something relevant to what you just described.”
Log after the call: Deal size estimate, decision-maker confirmed, next step agreed.
3. MotherDuck Event Planning — with Hannah
Let Hannah drive this one. Your job is to make decisions, not run the meeting.
Decisions Hannah needs from you today:
| Decision | My recommendation |
|---|---|
| Format | Virtual webinar — lower logistics, easier to scale, April slot |
| Date | First two weeks of April — gives 5–6 weeks to plan |
| ICP | Data/analytics leaders (Director of Analytics, Head of Marketing Ops) evaluating or using MotherDuck — warm to modern data stack |
| Brainforge’s role | Implementation + the “what do you do with the data” use cases. MotherDuck brings platform + their audience. |
| CTA at the event | Book a 20-min session with Brainforge to scope your data stack |
Come in, make those five calls, let Hannah build the brief from there.
Between Meetings — Retro Slide Deck (30 min)
Retro is now a weekly slide deck. Fill it out before EOD.
W08 narrative (paste this in):
- MQL definition fixed — team aligned, tracking correctly going forward
- 4 MQLs confirmed: Josh Dent (D&G), Patrick (HyperWear), Daniel (E2A), Michaela (Abstrak1)
- 2 campaign briefs shipped: Blotout E2A + Agency Intelligence Tech Ops — both launching W09
- D&G demo set: Monday prep with Pranav, demo Tuesday
- Forge Your Brain positioning document complete — feeds content, events, and campaigns
- Content mix reset: 8 posts/week, new partner-first mix
- CTAs decided: office hours + newsletter in progress with Hannah
W09 forecast:
- Agency Intelligence campaign: first sends March 3 (soft launch, warm-up ongoing)
- D&G demo: Tuesday — first Agency Intelligence pipeline test
- Blotout: list enrichment + sequence build
- MotherDuck event: brief locked by EOD today
- Demo prep Monday with Pranav
Before EOD — Unblock the Team (15 min total, Slack only)
These are the messages that make next week work:
| Message | To | What to confirm |
|---|---|---|
| Is the Clay list done? | Ryan | 30 Tier 1 accounts for Agency Intelligence — due today |
| Is the sequence built? | Rico | Agency Intelligence in Instantly — ready for warm list |
| Is the mailbox warming? | Rico | luke@trybrainforge.com connected + warming |
| Do you have what you need? | Hannah | Office hours format + newsletter name — any blockers? |
What You’re NOT Doing Today
- ❌ New strategy or positioning work — Forge Your Brain is done. Let it breathe.
- ❌ Demo prep — Monday with Pranav.
- ❌ Deep campaign work — Both briefs are live. Rico and Ryan are running.
- ❌ Any new briefs or documents — Not today.
- ❌ LinkedIn post — Push to Monday when energy is back.
Coaching Note
You shipped a 697-line positioning framework yesterday on low energy. That’s the week’s biggest strategic output. Today is the cool-down lap — show up to meetings, close the loop with the team, and let the work you did this week run.
The instinct at the end of a heavy week is to keep pushing. Don’t. The campaigns are built. The positioning is done. The team has what they need. Your job today is presence, not production.
