Daily Plan — Thursday, Feb 27, 2026

Last updated: 2026-02-26 EOD
Energy forecast: Normal (good day Wednesday, Pranav call done, closing out the week)

Your Win for Today

Define Forge Your Brain positioning, decide Hannah’s CTAs by midday, and advance M+S pipeline intro.

Metrics Check-In

  • MQL progress this week: 4 confirmed (Josh Dent, Patrick HyperWear, Daniel E2A, Michaela Abstrak1) — need 2-3 more. New M+S VP is a pipeline add.
  • High-intent actions: On track — multiple inbound DMs, meetings booked, Omni event interest.
  • Strategic moves: Agency Intelligence campaign brief ✅. Blotout brief ✅. D&G demo set for Tuesday ✅. Omni event → needs pivot decision today.

Energy State: Normal

Ending a productive but heavy Wednesday. Thursday is a wind-down-and-finish day — not a day for new deep strategy. Two clear deliverables: WBR prep and Omni decision. Everything else is either delegating or pushing to next week.

Priority Stack

Block 1: Morning — Forge Your Brain Positioning (DO THIS FIRST)

Your win for this block: One sentence definition + how it connects to Agency Intelligence, E2A, and Omni. This unblocks Ryan’s service posts, Hannah’s CTAs, and your LinkedIn post today.

Questions to answer:

  • Is Forge Your Brain a product, a service, or a positioning umbrella?
  • One sentence: what does someone buy when they buy into this?
  • Current candidate: “A solution that empowers your people to use and leverage technology to get better outcomes for clients.” — does this hold across all three service lines?
  • What’s the tagline Ryan uses to write service posts?

Output needed: 1-2 sentences Luke can share in Slack to Ryan + Hannah that unblocks both of them immediately.

Block 2: Midday Deadline — CTA Decision for Hannah ✅

CTAs sent to Hannah. Office hours and newsletter in progress.

Block 3: Late Morning — Pipeline + Campaign Push

M+S IT Ops follow-up ✅

Push agency campaign with Rico (15 min):

  • Confirm Rico has the Agency Intelligence brief
  • Answer any blockers on sequence build
  • Confirm Ryan’s list build timeline (due today)
  • Try Brainforge email setup ← IN PROGRESS (see ticket below)
  • One Slack message or quick call — don’t let this sit

Pull taglines from Josh call (15 min):

  • Quick scan of the transcript — not a full rewatch
  • Pull 2-3 phrases Josh used to describe his pain
  • Send to Rico for campaign messaging refinement

Block 4: Afternoon — LinkedIn Post + Retro Prep

LinkedIn post: Write after positioning work — use the clarity from Block 1. Best angle: AI adoption thought leadership. Warms up Agency Intelligence ICP before campaign launches next week.

Hook to build from:

“Most agency AI rollouts follow the same pattern: the demo goes great, the team gets trained, and 60 days later most people are back to their old workflows.”

Keep it under 150 words. One insight, one proof point, one CTA.

Retro prep for tomorrow’s WBR: Talking points for your regular meeting segments — not a full deck.

  • Bet recap: what you bet, what you’re seeing (content quality bet)
  • What shipped: 2 campaign briefs, MQL definition, D&G demo set
  • What you’re testing W09: Agency Intelligence launch, D&G demo, Omni event pivot
  • What you’re learning: adoption angle resonating, positioning work is the bottleneck

Offer & Positioning Review (bi-weekly segment — prep for tomorrow): Pull together before WBR:

  • Win/loss notes: D&G (advanced to demo ✅), Kelley Weaver (warm, no scope yet), M+S IT Ops (just followed up), Sunstone/RegLabs (Robert’s pipeline — no scope)
  • Stalled deals: Any conversation where you heard “interesting but…” or went quiet after the call
  • Pricing pushback: D&G budget signal, any hesitation on scope/cost from this week’s conversations
  • Assess: Is the offer structure right for Agency Intelligence? Is the adoption angle the hook that converts, or does it need a stronger close? Is packaging clear enough to send a scope without a call?
  • Decision to make: Are we iterating the offer (what we sell and how we package it) or just the execution (who we’re targeting and how fast)? These are different problems.

MotherDuck event — plan tomorrow with Hannah: Add to Friday agenda. Come to the planning session with:

  • Proposed format (webinar vs in-person vs virtual)
  • Proposed date range (April? Around a conference?)
  • Proposed ICP for the event
  • What Brainforge brings vs what MotherDuck brings

Block 5: If Time — Partnership Event Planning with Hannah

Good use of free time if you get through 1-4. One session: which partner, which format (webinar vs office hours), rough date. Candidates: Omni (pending Stacy’s reply), MotherDuck, MoEngage (Q2 play, relationship first).

What You’re NOT Doing Today

  • Demo prep — That’s Monday with Pranav.
  • Rewatching Josh’s full call — Push to tomorrow. Tagline pull is enough for today.
  • White paper — Already have one. Not needed.
  • Metrics negotiation — Not high priority this week. Replaced by retro prep.
  • New campaign briefs — Two are live. Let them breathe.
  • Agency follow-ups — Sent. Wait for replies.

Coaching Notes

On the Omni situation: Don’t frame this as a loss. Omni pulled out because they have 10 events — that’s a sign they’re active. Asking to join one of theirs is actually higher leverage than co-hosting your own, because their audience is already warm and qualified. This is a better outcome if you play it right.

On WBR prep: Robert and Uttam don’t want a report — they want a narrative. The story is: “We fixed the foundation this week (MQL definition, content mix, campaign briefs). Now we execute.” Keep it under 10 minutes of content.

On Forge Your Brain timing: This is important but not urgent. If you do it half-energized today it’ll be average work. If you save it for Monday with fresh eyes it’ll be sharper. Call the shot before you start the afternoon block.

Standup Message for Tomorrow (WBR)

W08 wrap:

  • MQL definition fixed and briefed to team ✅
  • Blotout E2A campaign brief complete — launching W09 ✅
  • Agency Intelligence Tech Ops campaign brief complete — launching W09 ✅
  • D&G demo: Monday prep with Pranav, demo Tuesday ✅
  • Omni event: pivoting — asking to join one of their March events instead
  • New pipeline add: VP of Ops & Innovation at Movers+Shakers

W09 focus:

  • Both campaigns live (first sends March 3)
  • D&G demo Tuesday — first Agency Intelligence pipeline test
  • White paper for agency campaign out by end of W09
  • Shoptalk event: MoEngage relationship as Q2 play
