🎯 Outreach Principles

Before sending any outreach:

  1. βœ… Research the rep (territory, accounts, LinkedIn activity)
  2. βœ… Personalize with specific value (not generic)
  3. βœ… Answer the Three Whys (Why Us, Why Now, Why This Solution)
  4. βœ… Make it easy for them (pre-researched accounts, ready-to-use collateral)

Never:

  • ❌ Send generic β€œpartnership opportunity” emails
  • ❌ Ask for account lists without offering value first
  • ❌ Lead with certifications or partner status
  • ❌ Treat them like your BDR

πŸ“§ Sequence 1: Initial Outreach (Tier 3 - Cold)

Goal: Get a response and schedule first meeting

Timing: Monthly cadence for Tier 3 reps


Email 1: Value-First Introduction
