π― Outreach Principles
Before sending any outreach:
- β Research the rep (territory, accounts, LinkedIn activity)
- β Personalize with specific value (not generic)
- β Answer the Three Whys (Why Us, Why Now, Why This Solution)
- β Make it easy for them (pre-researched accounts, ready-to-use collateral)
Never:
- β Send generic βpartnership opportunityβ emails
- β Ask for account lists without offering value first
- β Lead with certifications or partner status
- β Treat them like your BDR
π§ Sequence 1: Initial Outreach (Tier 3 - Cold)
Goal: Get a response and schedule first meeting
Timing: Monthly cadence for Tier 3 reps
Email 1: Value-First Introduction
