Tier definitions
- Gold: Strategic co-sell partner with active executive relationships and measurable pipeline influence.
- Silver: Consistent engagement partner with periodic co-sell motion and moderate influence.
- Bronze: Opportunistic partner with early-stage motion and low operating bandwidth.
- Calibration: Trial partners used to validate process before tier promotion.

Minimum viable package per tier
- Gold package: Control Center + AE Brief + Monthly stats/reporting + Partner mapping automation + full HubSpot/Slack skill loop.
- Silver package: Control Center + AE Brief + Monthly template + limited mapping + full operating rhythm with reduced depth.
- Bronze package: Quick Start + Lite Control Center + light AE brief + manual weekly digest and manual EOD payload approval.
- Calibration package: Quick Start + Lite Control Center + single-page pulse + manual workflows only until promotion criteria are met.
Promotion criteria (suggested)
- Calibration → Bronze: 2 consecutive weeks of complete update cadence and approved next-step quality.
- Bronze → Silver: 1 month of consistent partner response and at least 1 validated co-sell opportunity.
- Silver → Gold: sustained co-sell pipeline influence, executive engagement continuity, and reliable signal quality across CRM + Slack + meeting notes.
