Monthly Reporting (Last Friday)

Every last Friday of the month, send a Monthly Account Stats Package to Connie:

Quick Steps

  1. Copy monthly-account-stats-template.md to monthly-reports/monthly-account-stats-YYYY-MM.md
  2. Fill in:
    • Consumption (Snowflake credits, active accounts) – use “TBD” if data unavailable
    • Certifications (team member status, SPN accreditations)
    • Proof Artifacts (case studies, one-pagers sent to Snowflake)
  3. Send to Connie via email or Slack with brief summary

What Snowflake Cares About

  1. Consumption Activity – How much Snowflake usage are we driving? (Compute credits, active accounts)
  2. Certifications – Are we investing in the partnership? (Sales accreditations, technical certs)
  3. Proof Artifacts – What materials can they circulate with their AEs? (Case studies, one-pagers, playbooks)
