1) Max follow-up (classify open opps by motion type)
Hi Max - following up on our last convo around cycle length and wanting to keep this simple for reps.
We now have a draft that cleanly separates:
- a 2-week value pilot (bounded scope), and
- a 4-8 week implementation track (when discovery/build is real).
Can we grab 30 mins this week to pressure-test it and classify 1-2 current opportunities into the right lane?
If helpful, I can send a one-page summary + checklist ahead of time so we can spend the call on live opp decisions.

We finalized a simple pilot vs implementation framing for Omni + Brain Forge so reps can set scope correctly and avoid cycle-length surprises.
Who is the best owner on your side for rep/partner enablement distribution? We want this to land where AEs actually work (not just in docs).
If useful, we can do a 20-minute walkthrough and tailor language to your team norms before broader roll-out.
5) Becca certification closure (external)
Hi Becca - quick certification follow-up from our side.
We understand certification is important for implementation pull-through, and we want to close the loop cleanly.
Could you confirm:
- the latest submission links/materials we should use,
- expected review turnaround, and
- any required minimum certified coverage for partner-led implementation work right now?
We will send a named submission plan with dates once you confirm the latest process.
6) Internal message to delivery leads (collect certified roster)
Team - need a same-day pass on Omni certification status so we can remove partner risk and update the control center.
Please reply by EOD with:
- Name
- Platform cert status (not started / in progress / submitted / approved)
- Quickstart cert status (same states)
- ETA for next milestone
I will consolidate and send Omni a concrete timeline + coverage list.
7) Internal message to ops (HubSpot hygiene)
Ops request: please backfill Omni partnership records in HubSpot and reply with links in-thread.
Need records for:

- LMNT
- CTA
- latest Savannah referral (2026-03-06 in

For each, please include:
- owner
- current stage
- last activity date
- next action date
This unlocks cleaner weekly partner reviews and phase tracking.
8) Internal/partner note for Eden migration learnings addendum
Drafting an AE-facing addendum from Eden migration learnings.
Core points to include:
- Blobby may not reliably recreate whole workbooks in one pass.
- Safer pattern: topic-first setup + chart-by-chart assembly when needed.
- Advanced layout/containers can resolve dashboard filter-placement constraints.
- Set expectation early on what fits pilot scope vs implementation scope.
Will circulate a one-page version for review before adding to rep-facing packet.
9) Optional all-in-one update in #partnership-omni (public, concise)
Team - quick Omni x Brain Forge update:
- We are packaging a simple 2-week pilot vs 4-8 week implementation motion to help reps set scope cleanly.
- We are applying this on live opportunities now and want to pressure-test with 1-2 active accounts.
- We are also closing certification and CRM hygiene this week so partner execution stays predictable.
