Message Templates

Purpose: Reusable message templates for campaign sequences (LinkedIn, email). Campaign briefs use these for their Message library.

How to use

  • When creating a campaign brief: Check here for an existing template that fits the campaign (e.g. by audience, channel). If none exists, create a new file (e.g. cpg-attribution-linkedin.md).
  • Template structure: Include the same formats as in the Campaign Brief Template Message library:
    • Cold connection (0 mutuals or intro declined)
    • Cold follow-up (accepted, no reply)
    • Mutual outreach – initial ask (default)
    • Mutual outreach – variants (former colleague, “couldn’t hurt”)
    • Mutual follow-up (no response)
    • Mutual declines (polite close)
    • Founder email intro (after mutual agrees)
  • Use {{First Name}}, {{Company}}, {{Mutual First Name}}, {{Prospect Full Name}}, etc. for personalization.
