GTM Marketing Assets

Purpose: Central place for reusable GTM assets: message templates, creative briefs, and other copy used across campaigns.

What goes here

  • Message templates — LinkedIn (connection request, follow-up, mutual ask, etc.) and email templates used in campaign sequences. Campaign briefs pull their Message library from here. See message-templates.
  • Design-ready copy — Sectioned copy for one-pagers/2-pagers (by archetype: Service 2-pager, Sprint, etc.). Generated from campaign brief + case studies; designers drop copy into layout. See design-ready-copy.
  • Case studies — Markdown case study copy for proposals and partner mapping (e.g. ABC Home, Eden, PP2G, Zoom). See case-studies.
  • Deck — Capability deck copy (brainforge_ai_capabilities.md, brainforge_data_capabilities.md). See deck.
  • Other assets — Add other shared GTM assets as needed.

Message library and campaign briefs

When creating a campaign brief:

  1. Check message-templates for an existing template that fits the campaign (e.g. CPG LinkedIn, enterprise email).
  2. If one doesn’t exist, create a new file there (e.g. cpf-attribution-linkedin.md) with the full Message library (Cold connection, Cold follow-up, Mutual ask variants, Mutual follow-up, Polite close, Founder intro).
  3. Reference that file in the brief’s Message library section, or paste the templates into the brief and note “Source: gtm/marketing-assets/message-templates/[filename]”.
