LMNT workflow status — apply runbook

Purpose: Manual steps to finish applying the standard workflow set for LMNT after running the script.

Script already run: npx tsx scripts/apply-linear-workflow-lmnt.ts from apps/platform has:

• Renamed: ToDo in Cycle → To do, In Progress → In progress, Requirements in Review → Requirements review, Ready for Work/ Developme → Ready for work.
• Moved issues: Duplicate → Canceled (7), Blocked → In progress (6); others had 0 issues.

Do in Linear (Settings → LMNT → Issue statuses)

1. Set category to Unstarted for:

   • Ready for work
   • Next Cycle
     (Drag into Unstarted or edit the state and change category.)

2. Archive these states (they should now have 0 issues):

   • Duplicate
   • Requirements Started
   • Escalated / Needs SME
   • Testing
   • Needs Revision
   • Blocked
   • PR Review

3. Check order of the ten standard states (Backlog → … → Canceled) and reorder if needed.
