  5. Attach SOW (if possible):

    • Look for file attachment or document property
    • Upload the SOW PDF/Doc
  6. Set Follow-up Task:

    • Create task: “Follow up on SOW - Feb 5, 2026”
    • Or set reminder for 3 days from send date

Deal Properties to Check

If these properties exist, consider updating:

  • sow_summary - Brief summary of SOW
