Transcript:

Them: When I was 15, if you can believe it. I did not finish school. I was an incredibly troubled child, as my mother used to very politely tell me. I was thrown out of every single school I set step foot in. And I just wanted to go to work. I really did. I was a people person pretty much from literally out the womb. I think I was selling the equivalent of estate sales when I was like, seven in London, but we call them car boot sales, which is selling things out of car trunks. And I was always selling and I was always intrigued by real estate. And so I started at the age of 15 and I did my first five years in London, where I did two years in residential, and then I did two and a half years in commercial. And I started from the bottom. I mean, I was cutting keys, making coffees, setting up houses, and I really didn’t care what I had to do. I just loved the business. I loved the people. I loved the spinning 100 plates at one time, and I loved what we could create in terms of writing our own paycheck and creating our own success. And I think that’s why so many of us get into this business, right? We are truly the CEO of our own business. And out of the 1.6 million lunatics that are real estate agents today. I think 5, 600,000 of us crazy people do this all in full time. And we’re relentless about what we do, and we have that hustle and we have that drive to be the best at what we do. And then I moved to America at age 21, which was meant to be for three months, and I told my boss, I’ll be back. I just need to travel for three months because I didn’t have the luxury of going to university like my clients. And in London, when you finish school before university, you’re meant to go backpacking and travel the world, and I went straight to work. So I came to LA and I just fell in love. I mean, quite literally. It was an instant love. And I traded commodities. My father lived here, so I was able to become American very quickly. But I hated what I did. And that’s when I went and I set up my real estate business, which was now God. 14 or 15 years ago when I founded my real estate business, my wife, my Latina wife, let me add, was pregnant, eight months pregnant with our second child. And I came home one day and I said, I quit my job and I’m starting a real estate business. And, well, she looked at me like I had quite literally lost my mind. Which I probably had. She supported me 100%. And I said, I’ve got the passion, I’ve got the ic, and I’m ready to make the most of it. And I did. I set up my real estate business. I’ll never forget. I put every last penny of savings I had into building this beautiful website. And then the website was built, and the founder of the website company goes, right now we need to put real estate on it. And I was like, well, we don’t. Have any real estate? We’ve never sold a house before. And so that’s where it all began. And I was taught very early on. That two ways you could be successful in real estate. One was door knocking. And the other was sitting open houses. And both of these would cost me 10 million and getting the listings on the back end that were 2030, 50, 80, 100, 1,000 a foot because that’s what trades in their area, which means it’s a two million dollar property. But they had no idea of the build potential. They have no idea that their property 65% underbuilt. And that same 2,000 square foot house could be an 8,000 square foot house. You walk in as the agent and you bring them this knowledge and information. You educate them that know your property is not worth 150 a report. Agents are buying them left and right. They’re completely free for now, so use them. Take advantage of it. If we are in your area for sure. And then lastly, guys. And I want to let everybody get back to their day, but we have built a completely robust AI assistant. Right. So the five core features includes your assistant. Right. Brizy’s assistant allows you to do everything here, whether it’s build a social media calendar, whether it’s upload someone to your pipeline, whether it’s look at analytics at a certain address or a zip code, whether it’s asking it to pull you an underbuilt report. You can speak to it, you can type, you can combine actions. You can literally do everything and anything right here. Whether you’re in the car, on the go, busy, don’t have time. Use the AI assistant, because the more you use it, the more it will understand how you work, how you operate and will learn exactly what you do and how you do it. So I will leave it there. I don’t know. Can everybody still see my screen? Yep. Perfect. I will leave it there. There’s a summary on your home screen with everything as well. I hope that everybody has got something out of today. And everybody can see the value of how this could help them in their business. Somebody else why I did this at the very beginning. I hope you can now see why I did this. It would be super helpful to me if everyone in here today could just say yes in the chat if you think this is something that could help you, that could potentially be useful to your business. And with that, I really look forward to working with all of you, hearing all of your feedback, hearing all of your commentary again. The good, the bad, the ugly. We have no ego in any of this. I love seeing all these yeses. You’re making my day. Thank you. But I really do obsess over us as a community, as an agent, and I want us to be better. And that is the entire premise of why we built Brizzy. And I cannot thank Holly, Jimzie, and our whole team that hopefully will watch this because we have poured, I can’t tell you, our hearts and souls into what we’re building. It is not there yet. We are perfectionists. But as I’ve been taught with product, it will never be perfect. Right. So I’m trying to step outside of my own comfort zone to give it to people now so that you can help us shape the future of Brizzy. So a huge thank you. I love Lucy’s comment here. Love that. You are perfect or breezy, and we’re here for you, so feel free to reach out anytime. Holly, thank you for building this beautiful community of agents, and I truly look forward to working with each and every one of you. And thank you all for your time. Back to you, Holly. Awesome. That’s a good stopping point. I want to just quickly highlight the team leaders that we have here. I know it’s a big ask asking you guys to involve your teams. Like, anytime you disrupt your tech stack as a team, those of you that are team leaders are just taking a second to acknowledge you specifically. The ones that I personally ask to participate. And that’s every single one of you. Andrew’s group, my group. Those of you that have been, like, handpicked by us, you’re here because you guys are first and foremost, you’re smart. Like, the group that we curated is smart. Smart people, you understand? The business, and it’s irregardless of your volume. And the reason I’m saying that is because we took a cross section and we have agents in this group from all walks of production life. And so your feedback specifically around your individual experience is really, really important. Please, please, please schedule those one on one. Appointments with Segal and Jimsy and Sean and James and enjoy the app. Being a founder and being an early adopter is fun. Like, this is going to be so freaking fun. I cannot wait to see how this evolves and your involvement as an ambassador of this app. It’s a cool time to be alive. Guys. Amen. Amen. I think Karan just posted Are we available in Palm Beach County? I’m pretty sure we actually are. Pretty awesome. I would try closing the app and reopening it if it’s got stuck at some point. And yes to all of these questions, can we set up a demo with my entire team. The answer is yes. When is a probably better question. But we will find time and prioritize this. And thank you guys so much. And I hope everyone, by the way, had a lovely Thanksgiving. And let’s make it an amazing, amazing week. All right, guys, I’m going to end it. Please go to agent.com to continue the conversation and to post your questions there. Jean, you guys will see your questions. Jane, move them over to that space so that everyone has visibility so that we can get to work. Or rather, so that Jimsy and Sean can get to work. Just one more thing. I didn’t realize my camera wasn’t on. One more thing that is really important to us. Is. This is not public. At all. We are 1000% in stealth mode. Just so everybody knows. Whilst I would love nothing more than everybody to shout brizzy from the rooftops and pass it on to their friend, This is our core group. Right. We are not sharing it with the world until likely February. But we do need to keep this as a tight group and this is a community that Holly’s kindly put together. I guess if you had a friend, an agent, a pair of colleague that you wanted to add to the beta group, I think that can be accommodated too. But we are not out there shouting Brizzy from the rooftops just yet. But there will be some nice things for the beta testers in the future, some swag and fun things that we’re working on as well. To say thank you, but I just wanted to add that here before I forgot. Thank you. Cool guys. Don’t make me send you an NDA and some bullshit like be cool, please. Thank you. There will be a time when the media will want to ask you for your experience and your quote and how things went, but now is not that time. Please and thank you. And Matilda, let’s all see your lovely baby. Oh, bless. So cute. Does she have to sign an NDA? I just love that you’re multitasking. That makes very happy. That’s what breezy is for. You got it. I love it, I love it, I love it, I love it. You guys are awesome. Thank you. And I wish everyone a beautiful, blessed day, and we’ll see you all soon. See you guys. Thank you. Thanks so much, everyone.
