The Problem: We say we should follow up on stuck deals every 3-5 days, but it NEVER HAPPENS. No time to check HubSpot daily, no owner responsible, always deprioritized. Result: deals stall indefinitely.
The Solution: Agent that queries HubSpot daily for deals stuck >10 days, generates personalized nudge messages for EA review, tracks touch count, handles responses, and escalates appropriately.
Key Features:
- Touch frequency: Touch 1-3 every 5 days, Touch 4-5 every 10 days, Touch 6+ monthly
- Escalation: 3 assistant touches → CEO escalation
- Response handling: Meeting booking = ideal, any response → HubSpot note for EA action
- Never uses urgency/manipulation language
- Goal: Reduce deal stage duration from 21 days to <10 days
