Platform
Purpose: Single source of truth for Brainforge Platform team: product surface (The Forge), infrastructure, integrations, DevEx, and internal tooling that powers delivery and GTM.
Who uses this: Platform team members; leadership sets direction here; other teams reference for how Platform supports their work.

What Platform Does
Platform operates as an internal product team serving Brainforge delivery and GTM:
- The Forge — Client-facing platform surface (dashboards, AI chat, client portal)
- Integrations — Slack, HubSpot, Google, Omni, Amplitude, Linear, etc.
- Infrastructure — Railway, Supabase, Dagster, monitoring
- DevEx — CI/CD, Cursor/Codex tooling, local dev, standards
- Internal Tools — Automation for delivery, finance, operations
