- Operations Manual:
Category = Ops-Facing Policy, plus legacy rows in the same database that are clearly standalone policies but category unset (e.g. Time Tracking Policy, [PROPOSED] Spot Bonus Policy), and Time Tracking Compliance Policy (nested under Operations Manual). - Documentation (NEW):
Document Typeincludes Policy only. Related guides/tutorials are listed in Notes, not as team policy links.
Refresh this file after major Notion changes (new policies, retagging, or new pairs).

How to refresh
- In Notion MCP,
notion-fetchthe Operations Manual and Documentation (NEW) database schemas if properties changed. - Search or filter rows by Category / Document Type as in inclusion rules above.
- Update the unified table: add rows, fix links, adjust Notes for new related guides.
Prior snapshot with separate Ops/Team tables (add policy-taxonomy-YYYY-MM-DD.md here if exported from Notion).
