Notion → vault exports

When the Notion sync workflow runs (standards/05-scripts/notion/notion-sync.md, .github/workflows/notion-sync.yml), exported Markdown is written under knowledge/notion/<slug>/.

Recruitment markdown that used to live alongside other vault exports is now maintained under knowledge/people/recruitment/ (handoff, SOPs, scorecards).
