Legal — playbooks
Purpose: Operational artifacts: decision flowcharts (“new client vs contractor vs partner → which template”), redline playbooks, and lightweight SOPs that Ops (Rico) can run without re-reading the full roadmap.
Status: Empty placeholder. Holly and Uttam discussed flowcharts in #legal (2025–2026); nothing is filed here yet.
When adding a playbook: Use markdown in this folder (or link to Notion/Miro from here) and update the table in vault README.md under Where materials and flowcharts live.
