Decision summary

• Hosted OpenWork requires durable mounts for /workspace and /data.
• Canonical secret source is 1Password (Brainforge AI Team vault).
• Runtime secret injection is via Railway environment variables.
• Backup/recovery must include both workspace and runtime metadata paths to avoid state drift.
