Purpose: This section holds the teaching layer, historical context, and archive material that supports the delivery system without replacing the canonical docs.
Prefer links over duplication. Policy lives in the main delivery chapters.

This section is for:
- analogical reasoning
- archived context
- historical transcripts and evolution notes
- older process maps or moved material
Use this section to understand why the model looks the way it does, not to find the current operating rule.
