Weekly leadership sync

Purpose: One leadership-level forum for delivery each week — surfacing cross-account risk, capacity, and escalation before issues become sponsor-level fires. This is the default replacement for a portfolio-wide daily CSO+SL status round-robin.


Outcomes (30–45 min)

  • Top 3 risks across the portfolio (client, technical, people).
  • Escalations triaged with clear owners (supports Q2 KPI discipline: early, structured escalation vs surprise).
  • Decisions Head of Delivery needs to make or delegate this week.

Non-goals

  • Ticket-by-ticket status (belongs in Linear and account channels).
  • Deep technical design (spin out focused session with SL + ICs).

  • SLs: technical debt spikes, dependency blockers, quality concerns.
