Project Review Meeting (PRM)
The centerpiece gate between signed SOW and committed execution: Head of Delivery reviews a defensible SOW ↔ project plan with the CSO presenting (SL provides technical sign-off in advance or joins for targeted questions only).
The plan may live in Notion, Google Doc, or client vault (knowledge/clients/{client}/resources/) before and during the review. After HoD approval, CSO files the approved plan in the vault (see project-review-process.md).
