    • ARR dashboard: First version complete, matches Equals functionality
    • Financial summary dashboard: Done, ready for Laura’s access
    • Customer reporting enablement: In progress, models built
  • Data modeling infrastructure
    • 50-60% of work completed in backend modeling
    • All marts running daily in MotherDuck
    • Models organized by business area (GTM, Finance, Product, etc.)
