- Started November 2025, ~3 months of discovery + building
- Currently working on BI delivery phase
- All workstreams happening in parallel:
- Data ingestion (Amazon, Walmart sources)
- Data modeling
- Dashboard/analytics development
- Dashboard work stream just recently started
- Primary focus: retail and wholesale operations
- Expected completion: ingestion ~3 months, modeling longer
- Renewal discussion underway to expand team
