Previously at Leafflink: 80 engineers → 8 engineers over 2 years during contraction
- $430M gross monthly volume platform
Currently taking Deep Atlas AI course (online + in-person starting April)
- Building LLMs from scratch, production deployment, agentic AI
- Experimenting with TD tool for local AI task management

25 people total, mostly engineers (10-11 data, 5 AI, rest ops/design/marketing)
Internal platform built on monorepo with cursor integration
- All employees trained on cursor regardless of role
- Markdown instruction files for accessing Slack, meetings, client data
- Knowledge layer across enterprise systems (Hubspot, transcripts, etc.)
Client work structure: engineers handle project management + client presentations
- Eliminated dedicated account/project managers
- Teams of 3+ people, split across 2-3 clients typically

Three core services: data, strategy/analytics, AI
AI focus areas:
1. Internal workflow automation (custom builds, not N8N)
2. Knowledge layer implementation for enterprises
3. Data analyst agents for recurring insights
TypeScript-heavy stack, cloud-native architecture
Client work ranges from basic chat implementations to complex RAG systems
Revenue growing: turning down work due to staffing constraints
