Brylle’s Role & Initial Focus

  • Starting as Engagement Planner (EP) directly supporting Uttam’s projects
    • Goal: Learn AI-native engagement planning approach
    • Shadow Uttam’s CSO projects to understand great engagement planning
    • Not long-term EP role - stepping stone to learn gaps between current EPs and AI-native approach
  • Primary mission: Enable team to remove Uttam from delivery roles
    • Company risk: Uttam/Robert names appear on too many client assignments
    • Need to scale team capabilities through AI adoption
  • Delivery enablement focus
    • Work with CSOs, EPs, SLs who meet weekly
    • Identify time-consuming EP tasks and prioritize AI solutions
    • Target: Reduce EP time from 10 hours/week to 2 hours/week per client

AI-Native Operations Strategy

  • Brainforge positioning as AI-native consultancy
    • Y Combinator recently called for “AI Native agencies”
    • Traditional agencies: low margins, manual work, scale only through headcount
    • Vision: Use AI to produce work without time/expense constraints
  • Current team capability gap
    • Team has access to advanced AI platform but underutilizing
    • Many haven’t reached “ChatGPT moment” with Cursor
    • Need to identify adoption friction points and solutions
  • Brylle’s approach
    1. Communicate with current EPs about workloads
    2. Identify highest time-consuming tasks
    3. Focus on AI solutions to cut time
    4. Build adoption across team
