- Primary mission: Enable team to remove Uttam from delivery roles
- Company risk: Uttam/Robert names appear on too many client assignments

- Identify time-consuming EP tasks and prioritize AI solutions

- Traditional agencies: low margins, manual work, scale only through headcount
