  • New final presentation step added before offer stage
  • Decision checkpoints at each interview stage
    • Interviewer discretion to screen out candidates

  • Technical assessments managed by service leads
    • One assessment per service (data, AI, strategy)
    • Rico has access to interview exercises repo
  • Loom video screening criteria needed for inbound applicants
  • Recruitment team meeting planned for next week
