Participants:

Gantt Chart Structure Refinement

  • Simplified format focusing on inputs → models → outputs flow
  • Removed QA column since QA happens continuously across all workstreams
  • Column F will combine dashboard unlocks and time-saving outcomes
  • Work stream column (B) deemed unnecessary since all streams run parallel

Data Ingestion & Modeling Timeline

  • Current week: wholesale QA, retail QA, Omni Kickoff
  • Next week: Omni topic building
  • Following two weeks: dashboard rollouts
  • Modeling identified as primary bottleneck
    • Takes 2-4 weeks per data source
    • Will require additional modeling resources to maintain pace
  • Always ingesting, always modeling, always in QA simultaneously

Key Data Sources & Dependencies

  • Shopify already ingested and being modeled
  • Confido integration planned for June
    • Will unlock retail revenue metrics
    • Currently limited to point-of-sale data
  • Supply chain data ingestion timing needs clarification
  • Revenue vs sales definitions still need to be locked down through actual querying

Leadership Expectations & Budget

  • Phil wants clean data foundation ready for 2027 start
  • OKR planning may happen as early as May (earlier than usual October)
  • 5-month engagement projected: April-August at ~450-500k total)
  • Goal to taper back to $15k/month with internal hire post-August
  • Focus on having all data modeled and first dashboards live by September

Next Steps

  • Uttam to send updated Gantt version today
  • Include assumptions page explaining modeling timelines and continuous processes
  • 3-person meeting with Jason tomorrow to pressure test approach
  • Present framework as checklist for tracking progress and delays
