Data Ingestion & Source Management
- Current bottleneck: connector builds limiting new ingestion
- Managing 4 parallel ingestions maximum at any time

- Priority sources blocked/awaiting confirmation:
- Ecommerce and retail sources pending team decisions
- Target/Walmart POC connector submitted yesterday
- Amazon and Walmart ecom next in queue
- Marketing sources (Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat) more robust
- 2-4 week buffer for common connectors
- Retail sources require 4+ week buffer due to complexity
Data Mart Development Status
- Wholesale mart near completion
- Weekly summary report cleaned (Robert version)
- 80% of team requirements installed
- OKR support integration needed
- BI dashboard migration planned for March
- Retail mart in progress
- Walmart and Target data modeling (4-week budget)
- More complex than wholesale with additional data sources
- Ecommerce mart scoped for post-February
- Shopify modeling week after next
- Amazon modeling pending sufficient data landing
- Most complex of three marts, requiring 2 months

- Shivani in India Feb 26 - Mar 8 (wedding prep, limited availability)
