Recommendations: Lead with Omni/BI and reporting progress; keep connector/Polytomic wording factual (Amazon live or imminent). Add concrete next sync date only if you have one to share.

Gaps: No recent client-facing Slack channel messages in the search window; no Supabase Slack history for LMNT. Consider adding: exact date/time of Greg–Shivani intro if confirmed; retail inventory review meeting once scheduled; renewal status if you want to signal anything; Stord connector (HubSpot deal next step) only if relevant to this audience.


Summary

We’re moving ahead on reporting (wholesale reconciliation and retail inventory plan), Omni/BI setup with Greg leading, and data modeling (Shopify done, Wayfair next). Polytomic’s Amazon Seller connector is live or going live; we’re aligning with them and with you on the rest of the connector roadmap.


Last week’s achievements

Reporting

  • Wholesale: Continued work on the monthly-by-SKU report for Bess; adding discounts and returns so the reconciliation view is complete.
  • Retail: Inventory expansion plan (beyond on hand, in transit, on order) was reviewed internally; next step is to align with your team on which metrics to include before we implement.

Omni / BI

  • Sent the 4–6 week Omni plan and confirmed Greg is leading the BI stand-up. Retail and wholesale marts are in place; focus is on dashboard views and getting to a first set for QA.

Data modeling & ingestion

  • E‑commerce: Shopify modeling and summary models are in place; Wayfair base modeling is starting.
  • Polytomic: Amazon Seller connector was completed by Polytomic (went live this past week). We synced with Polytomic on the broader LMNT connector roadmap so we can sequence the remaining connectors and keep you updated.

This week’s focus

Reporting

  • Implementing the requested metric changes in the reporting spreadsheet and finishing the wholesale discounts/returns piece.
  • Scheduling a retail inventory review with your team so we can lock the metrics before building.

Omni / BI

  • Greg will get up to speed on the Omni scope and connect with Shivani this week to align on initial dashboards and next steps.

Connectors & alignment

  • Following up with Polytomic (including the Friday sync with Shivani) to align on goals for ingestion and modeling for the rest of the year and confirm bandwidth.

Blockers

Connectors: Amazon Seller is unblocked. Any remaining connector dependencies (e.g. order of remaining sources) will be clarified in the Polytomic sync so we can give you a clear timeline.
