Internal (CSO notes)
- Include in client-facing: Greg intro in channel and Wednesday intro with Shivani; Omni 4–6 week plan and dashboard alignment; retail meeting with Russell for inventory metrics; wholesale discounts/returns finishing this week; Shopify modeling done and ready for QA; follow-up with Polytomic on Amazon and remaining connectors. Keep renewal wording neutral (“in progress”; “continuing at current capacity”).
- Consider adding: Explicit ask to push first Shopify data models for QA and option to create another Google Sheets report for e-commerce if they want it. Uttam/Shivani/Ghalib 2026 ingestion meeting when scheduled. If you have a specific signoff ask for retail and wholesale spreadsheets or Omni pilot priority, add one line under Blockers (Reports) or Meetings Proposed.
- Gaps: No transcript or Linear detail on SPINS connector or API contract decision—add to Connectors if you have an update. No Copacker/Encompass scope from this week’s sync. CSO to confirm Greg’s capacity split (Default, Eden, LMNT) and any names/links for 2026 ingestion or changelog not in vault.
Summary
We closed out renewal SOWs and completed Shopify e-commerce data modeling last week. This week we’re kicking off the March Omni pilot with Greg leading the stand-up, advancing wholesale discounts/returns reporting and retail inventory alignment, and following up on connectors. Our documentation changelog is updated so you can see what’s changed in one place.

E-commerce / Shopify
- Shopify modeling: First draft completed and ready for testing. Fact and dimension tables (orders, order line items, customer, product) and weekly summary views are in place and support the e-commerce data mart.

- Plan for additional inventory metrics drafted and in internal review; next step is to align with the retail team on which metrics to prioritize before we can extend reporting.
Connectors / Polytomic
- Polytomic row-volume estimate and sync schedule/table plan completed. Walmart Seller Central currently being built; Amazon connector blocked—we’re following up with Polytomic this week. Moving onto Quickbooks, Google Analytics, Facebook, Google Ads; connections made in Poly just need to start sync.
Omni BI
- Renewal SOWs finalized and shared; Omni proposed as the BI layer. March Omni pilot plan shared with your team; 4–6 week stand-up structure in place. Greg will lead the Omni stand-up and dashboard work.
Documentation
- Internal documentation updated: business context (DTC + B2B, e‑commerce/wholesale/retail), tech stack, four data platform workstreams, data sources, core metrics, and ingestion status.

This week’s focus
E-commerce / Shopify
- Shopify modeling PR merge and validation; push first Shopify data models for QA. Option to create another Google Sheets report for e-commerce if desired. Begin basic Walmart modeling (dim/fact as needed); Amazon modeling remains blocked until Polytomic connector is ready.
Wholesale
- Finish adding discounts and returns to the monthly report by SKU by price for Bess; complete first draft and move to client review. Ideally async updates via Slack for sheet feedback.
Retail
- Schedule meeting with Russell (retail team) for retail dashboard and inventory metrics alignment. Advance inventory pipeline plan once metrics are agreed; we can’t start additional inventory reporting until we align with you on priorities.
Connectors / Polytomic
- Follow up with Polytomic (Uttam walking through remaining connectors this week) on Amazon connector status and remaining connectors. Connections made in Poly just need to start sync where ready.
Omni BI
- Introducing Greg Stoutenburg — Greg will lead the 4–6 week Omni stand-up and the March Omni pilot. We’ll introduce him in your channel and schedule an intro with Shivani this week (target Wednesday).
- Lock March Omni pilot plan. Meeting Uttam, Shivani, and Greg this week to align on target dashboards and kick off. Retail and wholesale data marts are ready; we’ll start with a focused slice (e.g. wholesale) in Omni and build toward your goal dashboards.
Documentation
- Loom/voiceover on discovery vs. full engagement for Shivani and Jason (by first week of sprint, e.g. March 10). Keep changelog updated as deliverables ship.
Meetings Proposed
- Meeting with Russell — Retail dashboard and inventory metrics alignment (proposed; async via Slack if preferred).
- Greg / Uttam / Shivani — Omni kickoff and March pilot plan; intro scheduled for this week (target Wednesday).

- Contract renewal still in progress; discussion between leadership and Element (LMNT) ongoing. We’re continuing at current capacity and will scale once the new agreement is in place.
