  4. Which specific dashboards does Carlos (e-commerce) or Laura (wholesale) use regularly?

Data Sources & Coverage

  1. What data sources are currently connected to your platform?

    • Shopify (what scope - orders, products, customers, refunds?)

  4. How customizable are the reports? Can LMNT teams create their own views?

Limitations & Gaps

  1. What are the current limitations of your platform for LMNT’s use case?
  2. Are there specific metrics or analyses that are difficult to provide?
  3. What data sources would be challenging to add (e.g., retail data from Emerson, Spins)?
  4. Have there been any data quality or accuracy issues flagged by LMNT?
