  • Data Platform Documentation — We’re updating it so metric definitions are explicit and match what Omni shows (and how fields are measured), to reduce guesswork and Tableau vs. Omni confusion.

  • Product Revenue Velocity Snapshot — Daily numbers can move as orders finalize; Omni is live to BigQuery, Tableau was often once-a-day extracts. Doing: show the calculation on the dashboard, Omni vs. Tableau explainer for leadership, validate side-by-side on same refresh; EDEN-1541.

  • Leaders still say the snapshot “needs fixing” — Analytics had aligned on logic; gap is partly perception. Doing: one-pager + regular asks vs. fixes so narrative matches what’s verified in the warehouse.

  • Blobby (AI) — Edge-case questions exposed weak defaults. Doing: topic/context tuning (monthly exec views, explicit ROAS / nCAC math, spell out query logic, ad-spend caveats); EDEN-1602; short weekly log of questions → fixes to share back.

  • “30-day revenue” — Disagreement on window and what counts as revenue. Doing: Omni matches our definition in the model; need your written definitions to close; definitions on-dashboard where we can; EDEN-1597.

  • Profitability / COGS too high — Stale COGS mapping + chart used rate × orders instead of order-level COGS, inflating COGS. Doing: refresh COGS in BQ + Omni with DE; EDEN-1596, EDEN-1597.

  • Tableau vs. Omni ad spend (incl. Meta) — Mismatches are mostly refresh timing; same-time compare → match. Doing: Meta broken out, affiliate filter aligned with Tableau; EDEN-1567, EDEN-1571 (done).

  • Scheduled dashboard broke (missing tables) — Done: restored after engineering fix.

  • Pharmacy filters on existing dashboards — Can’t add everywhere without breaking other dashes. Doing: weekly view where agreed; new model + pharmacy dashboard where schema allows; EDEN-1532.

  • Northbeam vs. Omni — Treat as different tool / attribution until same dates + inputs; not assumed Omni bug.

  • Export full dashboard to CSV — Omni = per-tile export, not one full-sheet download. Doing: permissions + API path if useful.

  • Pharmacy dashboards / Pharmetica — Likely no standard Pharmetica path for us. Doing: scope + comms; EDEN-1573, EDEN-1574.

  • Dashboard hygiene — Messy queries, filters, duplicate topics. Doing: dash standards v0, field names in Data Platform docs (PLT-1250), EDEN-1602, EdenOS rebuild on top dashboards/topics.

  • Tableau timing / missing views — Hard to compare apples-to-apples. Tracked: EDEN-1555, EDEN-1557.

  • Already shipped (context) — Snapshot break-fix, failing charts, P0 migration (EDEN-1527, EDEN-1579, EDEN-1423, EDEN-1450); current items are second-wave definitions and hardening, not the same outage.
