Project Organization & Initiative Structure

  • Reviewed existing CTA projects in Linear with established initiatives
  • Consolidated cross-cutting tasks into “CTA Documentation” project
    • Renamed from multiple scattered documentation tasks
    • Will include 2026 metrics and data platform documentation
  • Standardized initiative naming convention
    • Changed “Ingest and backfill” to “Ingestion & Modeling”
    • Deleted redundant “Phase one delivery” initiative
    • Aligned with Element project structure: ingestion, modeling, reporting/analytics

Snowflake Cortex Rollout Priority

  • Renamed project to “Snowflake Cortex Rollout”
  • Extended deadline to end of April 2026
  • Awaish to build out roadmap using previous meeting notes from Granola
    • Will divide into sub-phases based on transcript details
  • Primary focus for next two months alongside CTA analytics completion

Data Ingestion Updates

  • Need to ingest Shopify and Salesforce data using Snow Python
  • Breaking up ingestion by source (separate Shopify/Salesforce projects)
  • Cleaned up completed/canceled ingestion tasks
  • Renamed “CES Analytics” to “CTA Analytics” for accuracy

Infrastructure Standardization

  • Consolidating infrastructure tasks into three main projects:
    1. Snowflake setup
    2. DBT
    3. GitHub
  • Deleted redundant infrastructure milestones
  • Will apply this standard across all data service clients

Next Steps

  • Awaish: First pass organizing all projects and timelines
  • Uttam: Add target dates after initial organization
  • Awaish: Create blocked ticket for Fortune 500 data ingestion
    • Escalate to client (Katherine/Kyle) daily/every other day for Fortune 500 company list
    • Data needed in S3 before analytics work can proceed
  • Team: Ensure all CTA Linear tickets have associated projects
  • Prepare Snowflake Cortex and CTA analytics progress for Friday client call
