Meeting Notes
This folder contains legacy or supplemental meeting notes.
Purpose
This folder is for:
- Quick informal meeting notes that don’t need a full agenda
- Legacy notes from before the structured agenda system
- Supplemental notes that don’t fit the standard template
When to Use
Use this folder when:
- A meeting is too short or informal for a full agenda
- You have notes from before the current documentation system
- You need to capture quick thoughts or follow-ups
Preferred Approach
For most meetings, use the structured approach:
- Create a meeting agenda in
../meeting_agendas/ - Take notes in the agenda document
- Update
../DISCOVERY_WIKI.mdafter the meeting
