Meeting Agendas

This folder contains individual meeting preparation documents and post-meeting summaries.

How to Use

  1. Before a meeting: Copy MEETING_TEMPLATE.md and rename using the pattern YYYY-MM-DD_stakeholder_topic.md
  2. During the meeting: Take notes in the Notes section
  3. After the meeting: Add the Post-Meeting Summary section at the top

Naming Convention

YYYY-MM-DD_stakeholder_topic.md

Examples:

  • 2025-01-15_kickoff_cta_leadership.md
  • 2025-01-22_data_team_pipeline_review.md
  • 2025-02-01_marketing_sfmc_integration.md

File Structure

Each meeting agenda should contain:

  1. Post-Meeting Summary (added after meeting)

    • Key Learnings
    • Answers to Key Questions
    • Decisions Made
    • Next Steps
  2. Meeting Objectives (pre-meeting)

    • What we want to achieve
  3. Demos and Walkthroughs Requested (pre-meeting)

    • What we want to see
  4. Questions to Ask (pre-meeting)

    • Grouped by topic
  5. Notes (during meeting)

    • Live notes section
  • MEETING_TEMPLATE.md - Copy this for new meetings
  • ../DISCOVERY_WIKI.md - Central knowledge base (update after meetings)
  • ../meeting_transcripts/ - Raw transcripts for reference
