ABC Project Roadmap & Timeline
- 8-week timeline selected (through May 31st, aligning with contract end)
- 6-week option too rushed with blocker risks
- 10-week option unnecessary given scope
- Resource allocation: 20 hours/week total
- Casey & Mustafa: 10 hours each
- Pranav: 10 hours for oversight/support
- Sam: TBD hours for PR reviews
- Three core initiatives identified:
- Document update integration
- Transcript analysis & adoption features
- General reporting & dashboards
- Performance improvements project added
- Current response time: 4.5 seconds (down from 7)
- Target: 3 seconds through architecture changes
- Uttam has specific optimization proposals
Development Process & Quality Control
- Bug Bot setup required on repo for automated PR review
- Will prevent ~50% of issues before human review
- No human review until AI approval
- PR review strategy:
- Pranav handles initial reviews
- Sam takes complex/difficult PRs
- Smaller PRs preferred over consolidated ones
- Ticket sizing: 2-4 hour estimates to maintain momentum
- Linear cleanup planned across all projects
- Consolidate/archive old stagnant tickets
- Ensure proper project mapping and descriptions

- Pranav: Create Linear initiatives, projects, and tickets with dates by tomorrow
- Pranav: Map PRDs to Linear milestones and update roadmap document
