M2 depends on a real workflow decision: structured Linear input vs Google Doc comments/suggestions vs hybrid — drives automation triggers, placement (M3), preview (M4), and lock behavior. Do not parallelize automation build until CDC-1 class decisions are recorded and approved by CSO.
Change management: trainers must adopt the chosen input pattern or automation will misfire.
Tech surface: plan text references gws / Docs API for Doc-native flows; validate against whatever is implemented in the delivery repo and adjust tickets accordingly.
Department insights — execution notes (SL)
Treat M7 as first true Andi product slice: question extraction → model answer → alignment with approved Q&A.
M8–M10 are quality and operating cadence; reserve analyst / trainer time explicitly in Operating or sprint plans.
Risks (from context)
Architecture drift: text-to-SQL / doc automation approaches must stay tied to agreed workflow (avoid side-spikes that bypass triage).
Migration timeline slip: central doc + transcript pipelines are coupled to trainer capacity and ABC approval gates — escalate early if M2/M3 dates move.
Measurement: define “defects” or quality metrics for Andi answers before M8 so week-over-week improvement is provable.
