Purpose: Single place to record vault client audits. Update this doc whenever an audit is run (folder list, renames, merges, archive decisions).

2. Naming and conventions
- Folder names: Lowercase on disk; use lowercase in paths and canonical mapping (e.g.
knowledge/clients/lmnt/,knowledge/clients/cta/). - Canonical mapping:
standards/04-prompts/client-vault-mapping.md(when present). README “Current Active Clients” and skills should match.
